Brian practices primarily in the areas of natural resources, environmental, administrative, business law, medical liability, insurance defense, and civil litigation. Mr. Marvel was born in Laramie, Wyoming, and grew up in Casper. During law school, Brian worked as a Graduate Assistant for the University of Wyoming, School of Environmental and Natural Resources and co-authored a report on wind energy in Wyoming for the Wyoming Task Force on Wind Energy – Memorandum on Defining Wind Rights in Wyoming – http://legisweb.state.wy.us/WindEnergy/44.pdf.
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
Brian served five years in the United States Navy as an aviation electrician, receiving an honorable discharge in 2002. Brian also served six years in the Wyoming National Guard receiving an honorable discharge in 2009. Mr. Marvel is a member of the Wyoming Bar Association and is also a member of the Christian Legal Society.
In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife. He and his wife Jamie enjoy hiking and backpacking in the mountains of Wyoming. Brian also enjoys spending time hunting, fly fishing, fly tying, golfing, and playing hockey.
