At WPDN, David practices in a broad range of practice areas, including personal injury and wrongful death stemming from automobile accidents, medical negligence, hospital negligence, products liability, premises liability and other work related injuries and deaths in the oil and gas industry. David also works in the firm’s labor arbitration practice group.
While in law school, David published a case note and subsequently served as Articles Editor of the Wyoming Law Review. David also worked in the Legal Services Clinic at the University of Wyoming College of Law under the direction of John M. Burman, interned with the Honorable William F. Downes of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and worked at WPDN during the summers while attending law school.
PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES:
David is an active member of the Wyoming State Bar and the Natrona County Bar Association. He has also served as a member of the Casper American Legion Baseball Board of Directors since 2012.
In his free time, David enjoys traveling, playing golf, spending time with family and following Gonzaga Basketball.
