Keith J. Dodson was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. After graduating high school, he went to the University of Wyoming for both his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. During law school, Keith participated in several advocacy competitions. His teams in his final year of law school qualified for the regional moot court competition in Las Vegas, Nevada and the national PACE Environmental Moot Court Competition in White Plains, New York. His excellence in these competitions earned him the University of Wyoming College of Law’s Excellence in Advocacy distinction.
Prior to joining the firm, Keith clerked for Judge Arnold, Judge Davis, Judge Grant, and Judge Kalokathis in the Wyoming First Judicial District Court located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After completing his two year clerkship, he joined the firm of Williams, Porter, Day & Neville, PC. in the fall of 2009.
At WPDN, Keith practices primarily in the areas of administrative law, business law, employment law, estate planning and administration, and civil litigation cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, work related injuries, and civil rights.
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
During law school, Keith reactivated the University of Wyoming College of Law’s Blume Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. He is a member in good standing of the Wyoming and Colorado State Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. Keith is an active member in the Natrona County, Wyoming community.
Keith is married to Jessica Dodson. Keith’s wife was born and raised in Lander, Wyoming, and they enjoy spending time in the outdoors as well as spending time with their family and friends.
